Resolved
Due to a configuration issue in one of our POPs, some customer configs became incorrectly inactive.

The problem was observed at 10:37 AM +0300 and whilst the problem resolved itself for the majority of customers within a short time period.

The incident was completely resolved by 13:07.

Some configurations were not recovering automatically, and human intervention took the POP out of service for quarantine for diagnosis.
